We use an online system that you can access at anytime to find a time that is suitable for you. To secure your spot, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit when booking your appointment. Making an appointment in advance is highly recommended, as spots can fill up quickly. If you have a last-minute need, feel free to call and we'll be happy to check for any available openings! Once you've booked, you'll receive a confirmation email or text as a friendly reminder. We'll also send a gentle nudge before your appointment so you don't forget. While we understand things can come up, please keep in mind that missing an appointment without letting us know in advance may affect future bookings. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Cancellation Policy.
We understand that life happens! Sometimes things come up that require a change in your schedule. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance. This gives us enough time to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client. You can easily cancel or reschedule by giving us a call or sending a quick email. A friendly reminder: When an appointment is missed within 48 hours, a fee of 50% of the treatment price may apply. If you completely miss your appointment (a "no-show"), the full price may be charged. This is because we value your time, and we know yours is valuable too. When you miss an appointment, it prevents someone else from booking that time and can disrupt our schedule.

Refund Policy.

If a product you purchased is faulty, unsafe, not what you expected based on the description, or doesn't work as intended, and we can't fix it within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. We'll always do our best to find a solution that works for you.

Late Arrival Policy.
Getting the most out of your appointment! To ensure you have a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you to unwind, complete any necessary paperwork, and get settled in comfortably before your treatment begins. Please note: If you run a bit late, we want to understand! However, to be fair to all our clients and ensure everyone gets their full appointment time, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time. The full cost of the appointment will still apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Sick or Unwell Policy.
We care about your well-being! If you're feeling a bit under the weather, we completely understand. To ensure everyone's safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment if you're feeling unwell. This includes experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or if you've been in close contact with someone who has it. We're happy to help you find a new appointment time that works best for you when you're feeling better. Just give us a call and we'll get you rescheduled!
Medical Condition Policy.
Let's chat before your appointment! To ensure your treatment is the best possible experience for you, we like to know a little bit about your health and wellness before your appointment. When you book, please let us know if you have any allergies, health conditions, recent injuries, surgeries, or are pregnant. This helps us personalize the treatment to your specific needs and ensure it's super relaxing and enjoyable for you! In some cases, we might recommend checking in with your doctor before your visit. This is just to make sure the treatment is absolutely perfect for you. Here are some examples: ∙If you have any concerns about your health, like cancer, certain heart conditions (including high or low blood pressure), or swollen lymph nodes. ∙If you have a new injury, open sores, or any skin concerns like an undiagnosed rash.
Heads up about other treatments:
If you've recently had injectables like Botox or fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, or laser treatments, we recommend waiting at least 2 weeks before scheduling a facial with us. This allows your body a little extra time to recover. Similarly, if you've been on Accutane (Isotretinoin Therapy), waiting 6-12 months after finishing your prescription is ideal. We know this might seem like a lot of information, but it's all to make sure you have the most wonderful and safe experience possible! If you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to ask. Personal Belongings Policy.
To help you feel completely comfortable and at ease during your appointment, we kindly recommend leaving any jewelry or valuables at home. This allows you to fully relax without any worries. Children & Visitors Accompanying.
At AE Bodybar, we're dedicated to providing a truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all our clients. To ensure a peaceful atmosphere, our treatment and relaxation areas are reserved for clients receiving services. This means that while we love to see your little ones, for their safety and the comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask that visitors (including children) don't accompany you into the treatment areas. We understand this might not always be ideal, and we're happy to recommend childcare options in the area if needed! Just let us know when you book your appointment.
Age Requirements.
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we kindly ask that visitors be at least 12 years old. For teenagers ages 12-17, a permission slip signed by a parent or legal guardian is required before your appointment. This just helps us ensure everyone has a comfortable and safe experience. If you're under 18, we also ask that you're accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during your visit. This way, they can be there to answer any questions you might have and help you relax and enjoy your spa day!
